POLICIES

Policy and procedure manual

Your state-specific manual, organized by domain, with an index and a guide to reading a policy page.

FORMS

Operational forms

The forms staff use every day, with a forms matrix showing when each is used, who completes it and which policy requires it.

PLANS

Organization-level plans

The plans reviewers and accreditors ask to see, from emergency management and quality management to diversion control.

TRAINING

Anatomy of a policy

Written so staff can follow it and surveyors can check it.

Every policy uses the same page format, so a nurse, a counselor and a surveyor all know where to look.

  1. Document control

Policy ID, version, effective date and revision history on every page.

  2. Purpose & scope

What the policy is for and who it applies to, in plain language.

  3. Definitions

Terms defined once, the way your state and accreditor use them.

  4. Policy

    The commitments your organization makes.

  5. Procedure

    Step-by-step instructions staff can follow.

  6. Responsibilities

    Who does what, by role.

  7. Compliance evidence

What proves the policy is working, and who reviews it.

  8. References

Section-level citations to the federal, state and accreditation requirements behind it.

Questions

Package questions

What's the difference between the four tiers?

Each tier adds a layer: policies; then forms; then organization-level plans; then staff training. Most programs choose the complete package because the layers are designed to agree with each other.

How is pricing set?

Pricing depends on your state, program type and the tier you choose. We cover options and timing on a short call.

Do you include accreditation standards?

Policies reference the relevant standards from accreditors such as CARF or The Joint Commission by citation. They don't reproduce copyrighted standards text, so keep your own copy of your accreditor's manual.

Who owns the documents?

Your organization receives a license to adapt and use the set for one organization. The underlying library remains ours.

Does a set guarantee licensure or accreditation?

No one can promise a licensing, certification or survey outcome. A complete, current and consistent system gives your team and your reviewers a much stronger starting point.
